Teach Your Clients How to Respond in Regression Sessions

Regression to Cause Hypnosis

Want to make regression hypnosis easier?  Teach your clients about how to respond to you during sessions.  This one quick-tip will make it easier to find the ISE.

You don't have to solve the client's whole problem all in one go. Just use your Educational Pre-Talk to show them how to get some relief before you begin the hypnosis. Once a client has experienced a little shift for the better, you can do a little diagnostic by asking the client the following question. "Was that fear (or whatever feeling they were feeling) a new feeling or an old familiar feeling?"

This is a question you should be asking frequently in your regression sessions because it's a test for the Initial Sensitizing Event (ISE).  So, this is another way for you to set up for the regression work because it allows you to teach the client to feel the answer to the question.

But . . .  You don't want the client to think about it.  That's using the Conscious Mind.  You need them to feel the answer to the question. That's accessing the Subconscious Mind. To do this, the client needs to respond very quickly.  So, teach the client to respond with their first impression, their first sense.

That's the feeling.
